While staying at the hotel here my first stop for food was of course Gringo. The service and good were so excellent I decided to come back every evening during my stay. Karla is an absolute doll! Very charming, funny and full of personality. She definitely creative an enjoyable environment for not only myself, but those around her. When I come back I'll definitely come back here!

    P.S. the singing mariachi's didn't hurt either

This place was awful, the food was bland the menu was sparse and the atmosphere felt like something you'd find attached to an abandoned Vegas casino. The salsa was flavourless but they tried to make up for it by making it unenjoyably spicy. Instead of having texture you basically got Satan's baby food.

I'd recommend staying away. In a town like this there are literally hundreds of great places to get Mexican food. Literally just throw a dart at a map and go there instead.

My husband and I were staying at the Hampton Inn next door. We decided to walk over to grab a drink and some Mexican food. The staff was personable and attentive. Great happy hour prices and the food was fresh and delicious. It was also our bartender's birthday and she offered us a piece of her birthday cake. We really enjoyed this place.

We just checked into the hotel for the weekend to visit relatives in Tucson and after visiting Bisbee. The hotel seems really nice.
We went into the restaurant and bar for an early dinner. We sat in the outside balcony area overlooking the pool. Our server was Daniel and the service could not have been better. Daniel was so polite and attentive and funny. The food and drinks were super good. Daniel even put a beer in the freezer for me for later so it would be ice cold. Overall, our server went above and beyond. Thank you.

If you happen to be staying here at the hotel not a bad place to eat. Carla was awesome as friendly. Food could use a little more flavor.
